Our company is capable of manufacturing thermal equipment air-cooled island tubes (aluminum heat exchanger tubes) with an outer diameter ranging from 15mm to 30mm, a wall thickness of 0.8mm to 2.0mm, and a length of 3M to 15m.
The company can customize non-standard heat exchange equipment aluminum tubes in accordance with customer requirements. The product is fabricated from silver aluminum alloy. The final form of the product is a straight pipe. Delivery can be made based on customer requests. The technical standard of the aluminum alloy clearly stipulates that the aluminum content of 1050 reaches 99.5%, which is a series commonly utilized in conventional industries.
Industrial pure aluminum possesses high plasticity, corrosion resistance, and good electrical and thermal conductivity, yet has low strength, is not subject to heat treatment, has poor cutting performance, and is acceptable for contact welding and gas welding.

We provide passivation and anti-corrosion treatment for both the inner and outer surfaces of aluminum tubes, as well as adding anti-corrosion coating suitable for use in large-scale heat exchange equipment.
Compared to standard aluminum, our alloy offers significantly improved corrosion resistance, withstanding up to 1000 hours in corrosion resistance tests. This results in a greatly extended product service life. Our company is capable of meeting a wide range of application requirements.
